Curriculum Comparison.

Class Types

There will be three different categories of gymnastics classes offered:

  • Preschool
  • Recreation
  • Fast Track

It will be possible (although not advisable) to have all three types of students in the same class. The differences between the types is development/age. The Fast Track classes are for those wishing to go far in the classes while the recreation classes are for those who either just want to do it for fun or can’t dedicate as much time in the gym.

Class Types/Level Description

To the right is a list of the various class types and levels we may offer. It includes non-gymnastics classes and special classes, such as teams and groups.  The description can be used to help assess where a given student will fit.  These are class designations, as opposed to Student Designations explained below.

This list can be used by a coach to determine what drills/progressions a particular student should be working on in a given class.
